BROADBAND NETWORK MAJOR SERVICE OUTAGE

We have seen a further issue affecting our core Telehouse North Core this evening. Sessions are being immediately restored. We apologise for this further disruption. We are working hard to ensure a permanent fix in place to prevent further repeat outages. If your connection hasn't already restored please reboot your router.

We are seeing the majority of sessions back online. We can only apologise for the inconvenience caused this evening. Further details and a reason for outage will appear on this status feed in due course.

SHARED HOSTING & DEDICATED SERVER NETWORK

We are aware of issues affecting our shared hosting and dedicated servers. This may impact emails as well as website access. Engineers are working to restore access. Apologies for the disruption caused.

Services are being restored. A power issue affected one of our racks was the cause. Apologies for the disruption witnessed.

BROADBAND NETWORK MAJOR SERVICE OUTAGE

We are aware of a Major Service Outage (MSO) affecting our core network at Telehouse North. This will impact broadband and Ethernet connections which route via this path. Engineers are working to understand and correct the issue. We apologise for the disruption this may cause.

We do not have an ETA at this time.

We apologise for the continued outage this evening. Engineers are working to restore service as quickly as possible.

UPDATE 22:30

We are seeing a large number of customers back online. The issue is still being worked on, so please consider service to be "at risk".

The majority of connections are online. If you continue to experience problems please power down your router for 5 minutes, and then reconnect. Should this fail to reconnect please contact our support team stating the broadband username for further investigation.
