We are a unique company with services spanning hosting, broadband, telecommunications and more recently billing. Everything is designed, developed and supported in-house from our Croydon, South London offices.

YOUR ROLE
Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions; troubleshooting problems; Providing first line support from broadband and telecom faults primarily to businesses and wholesale customers. It is an interesting and varied role. We provide lots of training and you are working as part of a small friendly team who want to provide the very highest standards to customer support.

DUTIES
- Listening to customer problems and identifying solutions using diagnostics and other tools
- Liaise with our suppliers to raise and track the progress of faults
- Work on a variety of platforms including broadband, telecoms and web hosting issues

YOUR ROLE
Operating in a small team to assist in the delivery of leased line and broadband circuits. You will be liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure that high speed circuits are delivered quickly and meeting the customer's expectations. The job role is varied, challenging, and interesting. Requires someone who likes a challenge, doesn't accept "no" for an answer, and is able to communicate well with end users who may not be familiar with technical terms.

DUTIES
- Ensuring that orders progress quickly
- Chase suppliers when updates and deadlines are not met
