PSTN, PSTN Multi-Line, ISDN 2 and ISDN 30 line types are available to order as a new installation or transfer. We offer a multitude of order paths whether it be to make use of stopped lines, making transfers with changes, or moving from an LLU provider.
Orders are submitted directly into Openreach in complete automation. Our staff continue to track and push along orders which may be subject to delay ensuring you benefit from automation, as well as from knowledgeable staff who know how to get the most from our suppliers.
Our panel is fed from live updates from the carrier allowing you to see exactly what we do. Important milestones are met with emails to yourselves, ensuring that you don’t need to be glued to the control panel for changes (e.g. confirming an engineering appointment slot).
Engineering Job Notes
We share very advanced views of engineering notes for new installations and fault conditions. These can provide a valuable insight into the progress of the task and can help allow you to relay information on to your clients without being reliant on ourselves to extract these details for sharing.

Itemised Call Records
We provide complete itemised call records, updated daily. Apply your own retail tariffs and allow your customers to see the same call records with your margins applied online via their own control panel.
We provide a multitude of statistics to allow you to make sense of the calls made. For example, understanding the most expensive destinations, or popular international destinations dialled.
Export Call Records
All outbound call records can be downloaded for export and repurpose. We also provide daily and monthly CDR files following industry standard formats.
Print Call Records
Should you need to share the call records in a printable format we provide a very simple way to view the current call records. As a reseller, this can include your own logo and colour scheme.
Be alerted, or automatically restrict calls, should daily or monthly thresholds be met. An alert will send the reseller a warning as a “heads up” to expenditure. Barring will restrict calls and also send email and SMS alerts to make you aware.
Outbound Call Barring
We can restrict calls to certain destinations (eg premium rate numbers). These can be enabled / disabled through the control panel.

Queries can be made against the Openreach address system. You can see the addresses they recognise as well as drill in to see existing delivered phone line infrastructure as well as capacity to support more.
Number Availability Checks
These advanced tools can help establish number availability, the ability to import numbers, or to check what cluster existing numbers are held against at an exchange level.
