SMS for Business
Send SMS text messages conveniently using an online interface for businesses, large and small. SMS provides a very unique and fast communication tool that will reach the consumer wherever they are. It is a tool that if used correctly can gain instant responses, making it ideal for status announcements (such as we're aware of a fault), or a call to action (such as your MOT is due, book it now).
Schedule Messages
Messages have the option to send immediately or schedule a sending date and time. Scheduling messages can be a great way to adopt a reminder system and has proven popular with restaurants and other service industries where missed appointments are costly.
Control Panel Visibility
The Control Panel is your central point of contact to manage SMS facilities. There is no additional software to install; simply login and send from anywhere with a web browser. Once you have created an originator to use and added recipients to a phone book, you can be send messages within minutes. Access isn't limited to resellers; all end users can manage facilities via a white label portal.
Appearance
Our SMS platform enables you to utilise a live mobile number, which is ideal if you wish for the recipient to be able to reply. Alternatively, you can designate the originator as an alphanumeric name upto 11 characters, permitting you to have messages displayed from a keyword or company name. A perfect example is 'DENTIST' reminding patients when their appointment is due.
Message Logging
When a message is sent it is logged on our Control Panel. We display the delivery status of each message (such as pending, delivered, failed or delayed). This can provide confirmation that the message has left our system, and that the customer has received it. It is provided as standard with all messages sent.
REST API
To compliment our Control Panel we do provide an REST API allowing you to send messages. It doesn't extend the phonebook or message logging facilities, but it does allow you to make use of our powerful and reliable SMS platform integrated into your website or application. There are no additional charges associated to using the REST API.
