We offer 2 flavours of trunks. Standard offering the essentials to allow your PBX to make and receive calls. Enhanced provides some features which you would expect from a hosted platform. These can be ideal where you need flexibility and control that your PBX can't deliver, or to aid with disaster recovery where PBX access is not achievable.

Our platform is directly integrated with Openreach providing you access to unrivalled levels of control and visibility over PSTN, ISDN2 and ISDN30 lines.
Transfer and Install
A multitude of delivery operations are available to move lines into your control. If new lines are required, they can be ordered and tracked in complete automation with Openreach delivering them on your behalf.
Any changes throughout the lifetime of the line can be completed through the control panel. Examples include, adding new line features, modifying care levels, changing the line location or ceasing. Should a fault arise you can access real-time diagnostics, raise a fault, and track Openreach progress with no involvement from ICUK's team.
Eliminate the fax machine from the office and operate in a paperless manner. Using a number we supply, or a ported in UK number, you can send and receive faxes via email. Received faxes are converted to a PDF file and delivered to the recipients specified. Authorised senders can send to a special fax email address, the contents, including attachments, are sent out as a fax. As a reseller, each of your fax customers can manage these facilities via their own control panel interfaces.
Through the control panel and API SMS messages can be sent. These can be sent instantly or scheduled, with the originator (sender) displayed as a word or a UK phone number. As a reseller you can limit your exposure to credit risk by operating your SMS accounts on a pre-pay basis where credits are purchased and assigned to users.
