Our primary carrier of choice is BT Wholesale. Their portfolio extends from copper based EFM and GEA connections through to full fibre solutions. This allows us to provide you with a leased line solution that meets your budget, regardless of location within the UK.
Only fibre based products are available from Virgin Media, and in some areas, where they already have fibre laid in the area, their pricing is very hard to beat. This makes them a credible alternative to consider to BT Wholesale.
We have partnered with TalkTalk Business (formally Opal) for UK-wide access to EFM, EoFTTC and fibre leased lines. They provide a unique and complementary service to our BT Wholesale and Virgin options.
By writing our own software we are made sure that the way we deliver and present information to our leased line reseller is like no other. Forget Excel spread sheets, weekly conference calls, we're delivering real time useful information through the order journey.
If you have a requirement for high speed you can't get any faster or more consistent speed other than via a leased line. Years ago these may have been purely for large businesses who could afford them, but today with prices continuing to fall, and the reliance of an Internet feed in business, these are becoming an essential tool in modern business.
Our leased lines are supplied without contention restrictions. We don't oversubscribe our network, and therefore the bandwidth you purchase is used solely by your organisation. You can now avoid peak time exchange congestion, or one-off events (eg Olympics) from affecting the speeds you achieve.
With our fibre leased lines we can provide a large bearer to provide you with faster speeds in the future. For example, we may deliver a 100Mbps bearer, and cap your speeds to 20Mbps. This results in a cheaper monthly cost to you initially, and should you wish to increase the speed in years to come we can speed it up closer to the 100Mbps physical limit of the fibre supplied.
Service level agreements are in place to ensure that regardless of the fault, or time of day, you will have members of staff from both ICUK and our carriers working on the issue. Time limits are clearly stated, and in the event a satisfactory resolution is put in place service credits are applied to your account. These should provide you with peace of mind you will get the best from us when you need us the most.
Leased lines are supplied without any form of traffic restriction or usage limit. You can download at full speed all day, every day, regardless of what that traffic be made up of.
As standard we proactively monitor your connections. Alerts are sent to ICUK staff via SMS, and these can be reciprocated to your staff too.
If you would like to integrate our quoting tools into your own systems then as standard we provide a powerful REST based API for you to achieve this. All quoting functionality and carriers are included within it.
If you would like to take a hands-off approach to quoting your clients, and instead allow them to generate prices, with your margins applied, a ready made quoting tool is available for easy integration. Quotes are shown on screen, and even emailed to your prospective client in seconds.
Unlike our other reseller platforms there are no on-going subscription charges for our leased line reseller. Subject to approval you can join us, and access our powerful quoting tool, accessing wholesale pricing and have the ability to place orders. As a leased line reseller you are responsible for billing and supporting your customer at rates you agree. ICUK will act as a wholesale supplier of the service.

Quotes for leased line are based on the speed, technology and delivery destination. Our quoting tool supports multiple carriers allowing you to see wholesale costs, apply your retail mark up and even generate branded quotes you can email to your customer in minutes.
Once you have secured an order you can easily place it via our portal. Industry leading order tracking is provided allowing you to easily understand how it is progressing.
It is your responsibility to invoice your customers and provide first level support. Our control panel has been designed to provide you with the tools and diagnostics that you will need. ICUK is available to you on the phone and via email for further assistance with faults and general advice. We provide emergency around the clock numbers in the event of out of hours problems.
